Spring is definitely in the air and as our thoughts turn to warmer weather, glamorous get togethers and wonderful weddings, don’t forget that THE EXPRESS BEAUTY BAR has a full menu of services available to make our clients look polished and pretty for any occasion.

We know it’s been a while since our last newsletter but THE EXPRESS BEAUTY BAR has been working very hard over the past couple of months opening new stores, working on charity events and of course making the people of Sydney look beautiful!

We appreciate the support each and every one of you has given us during our expansion into Westfield and Sydney International Airport as well being patient during our Cudo/OurDeal offers. We keep learning and improving each day and would like to thank you all for being so understanding.

As a totally new concept operating on a shoe string budget we don't always get it right first time but we do take customer service seriously and continue to listen to our staff and clients and whenever we can will make changes based on your feedback.

Your support has allowed us continue to work with our charities which of course is at the heart of our business (we are a social enterprise). During September we will donate $2 from every Makeup service to the Orphanage we support in Ghana and we will continue to help the Oasis programme (Salvation Army) which helps get kids off the streets.

We are hoping to do more charity work as we keep growing.

Some of you have found that we are so busy after work/lunchtime that you have waited longer than 15mins in our queue and some of you also thought that our new staff were not as friendly/skilled as original team, you also wanted us to add waxing and tanning to our menu and you wanted us to bring back the loyalty card ...well we are pleased to say we did listen to you all and have made the following changes effective immediately.

AFTER 5 COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAILS
To make the wait a bit more fun, we will be serving cocktails to all clients waiting in the queue.
Available after 5pm - Tues - Sat.

OPENING HOURS
There have been a few changes to our opening hours. Get your EXPRESS BEAUTY BAR fix during these hours! We felt opening 7 days will minimise the queues and allow us to get through voucher bookings faster and get back to normal!

Monday: 10am - 6pm
Tuesday: 9am – 8pm
Wednesday: 9am - 8pm
Thursday: 9am - 8pm
Friday: 9am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 8pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm

GRACE TEAM
Roselyn is back and she has been promoted to manager, she is responsible for all admin & training as well as doing the services. We are also hiring and training at the moment so you will see some new faces next time you are in.
