The concept of a walk in beauty bar is that yes, you can walk in without making an appointment. However, if we are busy already attending to clients then you will need to queue.

 

For new clients:

 

1.To avoid delays if you haven't been to see us before, please call ahead and make an appointment. This will help us estimate the length of time for your first appointment and thereby not have long queues, especially during busy periods.

 

2. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can give that time to someone else. Also if you running late, please inform as soon as you know via phone, text message or email.

 

3. Please try to arrive at least 5 mins before your appointment to avoid delays. 

 

 

Threading

 

What is threading?

 

 

Threading is a hair removal technique which originated in India.

 

Eyebrow threading involves twisting a piece of cotton thread, into a double strand. This double stranded thread is used to pick up a line of hair and then remove it, creating a very clean, precise hairline.

 

Eyebrow threading can be used to add shape and definition to the brow and because it removes hair by the follicle, it is a reasonably long lasting hair removal technique as well.

 

Eyebrow threading is a preferred hair removal technique for a number of reasons. Unlike waxing, eyebrow threading removes one clean line of hair all at once, making it much quicker and easier to shape the brows. Eyebrow threading will not harm the skin like wax either.

It is important to find someone who is experienced at eyebrow threading. Inexperience can result in uneven brows, hair breakage, ingrown hairs, or unnecessary pain.

All our brow artists are Authentic and of Indian or Nepalese origin and have studied this art in India. They have been threading since they were old enough to hold a thread!

EYEBROW CORRECTING:

We recognise how important eyebrows are to the face, therefore great importance is placed on correcting brows. We pride ourselves on our honesty, we will advice you if your brows are not the right shape for your face. This is part of our service to you. We will either send you away to grow them back or offer to reshape or in some cases a restyle. 

We recognise that this approach may offend some people who are not used to this level of honesty, but if you consider that eyebrows can add ten years or take ten years off, I am sure you will agree it is necessary in order to maintain our high service standards and offer a complete service to our clients. 

We do offer a fast walk in, walk out service but we also like to do it in a professional and honorable way. We take great pride in our work and value you as a client so if we cannot simply do an Eyebrow tidy up we will inform you on your other options such as Reshape or Restyle, in some cases we may have to ask you to come back. So please make sure you call ahead so we can book you in correctly and avoid being sent away.

SEMI PERMANENT LASH EXTENSIONS

We use Eylure Semi permanent lashes which can last up to 4 weeks. In order for them to last the 4 weeks you will need to look after them. We recommend weekly and or fortnightly visits to have infills and have them reset with our Superfix glue.

Our lashes are a gentler option to Permanent lash extensions which can cause lash fall out and damage to your own lashes. Our glue is a much more gentler alternative for the sensitive area near your eyes.

With regular maintenance your lashes can last from 4 - 6 weeks.

Our lash extensions are great for people that do not like to wear mascara or don't have time to do eye makeup in the mornings. They are also great for people with short or sparse lashes. They add length and thickness.
